•Monitor support services for e-money platform. Ensure clear communication with clients, work with the support and development team to carry out client requests/queries.
•Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy. Make sure that the e-money operation and maintenance KPIs are strictly met above standards.
•Conduct product tests including API tests, functional tests and regression tests, plan for the product deployment and oversee the deployment execution.
