Responsibilities include:

  1. Handle customer complaints and queries via chat/call/mail/in-house applications.
  2. Diagnose, resolve or escalate the issues as per the requirement.
  3. Act as QA on a wide variety of data-intense projects.
  4. Carry out regression testing whenever changes are made to the code to fix defects with proper documentation.
  5. Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor as and when required.

Preferred Qualification:

  1. Experience working in ISP's Customer Support Department
  2. Preferably have knowledge/ interest on IPTV Platform.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Should have a pleasing personality with proper phone etiquette.
  5. Should compulsorily possess own vehicle with a valid license.
  6. Willing to work during off-hours
  7. Willing to Work from Home
  8. Willing to work outside the valley as per requirement
  9. Serenity in challenging situations
